How do I book the retreat?

Submit an application and we will follow up with you via email. There is no financial obligation to apply. It is important for us to connect with you and discuss all the details before you pay.

When is the retreat?

You may check-in Saturday, August 14th as early as 9am. There is plenty of parking on-site. We will start with a light breakfast and our first yoga session begins promptly at 10am. The schedule consists of a full day of classes and workshops (with the ability to pick and choose whichever sessions call to you) and will conclude with a Sound Bath ending at 9pm.

What does the schedule include?

Our sessions start Saturday at 10am with a 60 minute Feel Good Yoga Flow. After class you may choose your own adventure: relax in the pool, book a private massage/reiki session, enjoy a gua sha x sacred beauty facial workshop or mingle in the gazebo. After lunch we have meditation and breath work at 2pm followed by a 75 minute Yoga with Self Massage at 4pm. After dinner we will get back to gentle movement with Qigong to wind down before our 90 minute Sunset Sound Bath at 7:30pm. There will be plenty of time between classes to relax, hop in the pool or read in the hammock. All yoga mats, blocks and any other props will be provided so you don’t have to worry about a thing! We will provide a complete schedule at check-in.

⚡️Feel Good Yoga Flow: Set an intention and ease into your day with a peaceful vinyasa flow. Bring harmony to body, mind and breath while exploring fluid, mindful movement. We will slow down and feel our way into foundational postures for strength, stability and stretch. Get ready to set the tone for the rest of your day with some sublime feel good movement.

⚡️Gua Sha x Sacred Beauty Facial Workshop: You will learn to utilize the Gua Sha stone with face oil to self massage, increase circulation and promote lymphatic flow. This is a gentle technique for at home self-care.

Your workshop includes Sacred Beauty 'Adorn' Organic Hemp CBD Face Oil and your very own Gua Sha tool. You’ll work with the tools during the workshop and you’ll take your set home.

⚡️Pranayama: Pranayama, or controlled breathing, consists of breathing techniques that allow a gentle “reset” of the nervous system and the mind. With consistent practice, the body can be programmed to naturally incorporate these techniques throughout the day, allowing one to better manage stress levels and improve overall mental and physical well being. In this workshop, we’ll bring awareness to the breath and explore methods that’ll allow us to deepen our connection with our mind, body, and spirit.

⚡️Yoga with Self Massage: In this 75 minute relaxing vinyasa flow we will utilize yoga therapy balls for a unique blend of yoga and self massage. Learn to safely incorporate therapy balls into your yoga practice to help with recovery mobility and tension release. Find an increased range of motion and flexibility in both static and dynamic poses and movements. We will provide you with a yoga therapy ball for class that you can take with you to enjoy and practice at home!

⚡️Qigong: Ignite your Qi (life force energy) through the basic fundamentals of Qigong, an ancient mindful movement & holistic practice with roots in Chinese Medicine. In this experiential flow, you will learn practical tools for radical self-care that involve simple coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. We will focus on releasing stagnant Qi while cultivating clarity, harmony, and healing, to unlock one's inner alchemy.

⚡️Sunset Sound Bath: Take a moment to let go and allow yourself to move inward into a place of tranquil serenity. With the use of crystal singing bowls, each tuned to different areas of the body, a gong, and other instruments, you will be blanketed with a sea of sound waves. As these vibrations envelope your body, they will help to re-align your energy and facilitate relaxation. As the sounds enter the ears, the mind focuses on the audible pure tones and underlying non-audible partial frequencies to bring the mind into a meditative state. This 90 minute sound journey will help you facilitate rest and relaxation and reset your body, mind, and spirit.

All yoga mats, blocks and any other props will be provided so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Interested in booking additional services?

You may book a 30 minute massage or Reiki service with Paulyn or Cindy. Mini massage and Reiki sessions are $50, paid directly to the practitioner. Prebook to reserve your appointment.

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. During these mini sessions, we will use both energy healing techniques and sound (drums and rattles) to break up stagnant energy and send it on its way, leaving one feeling an overall sense of peace and groundedness.

Do I need to bring food?

We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner so you do not need to bring food. We will have you fill out a dietary questionnaire to make sure all meals accommodate you. If you love particular snacks, treats or drinks and want to pack your cooler, go right ahead!

What should I pack?

Our retreat is outdoors so come prepared with sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and any other accessories you enjoy. You will need comfortable clothes for the classes and workshops. There is a pool so we recommend a swimsuit, towel and flip-flops. You may want a dry change of clothes with layers for the Sunset Sound Bath under the stars and breezy palm trees.

I am a beginner. Is this for me?

Yes! This entire retreat is customized to help you begin or deepen your practice. All experience levels are welcome. This is a supportive place to try something new.
