Since training with Casey I've seen a huge improvement in the way I look and feel. In her bootcamp-style workouts, Casey incorporates a multitude of exercises, targeting each individual muscle group while still integrating a ton of endurance training. When I first started taking Jenn's yoga class I was less than a beginner. The minute I walked into class and laid down my mat, I felt at ease immediately. Her classes are quick-paced, extremely challenging, and always changing. These ladies embody self-love, self-appreciation, and self-care. The work they do is so incredibly powerful and meaningful to so many. They motivate me every single day to reach higher, push harder, and dream bigger.
