Rebel Rise Studios has teamed up with SMÜV Lagree Fitness to bring you the ultimate collaboration.

This is a Megaformer class with the Rebel twist, high intensity and low impact for maximum peach burn. We'll warm up on the floor with Casey HIIT style, then class moves to the megaformer with Kat bringing the heat and we'll cool down with Jenn's flow.

Stay after class and chill with us in the Rebel lounge, we'll have bubbly + light snacks with giveaways.
